The brief of the project was to create a dorm for women , of the existing PRAGATHI CAREER GUIDANCE CENTER, A renowned career guidance/ Educational institution Situated in Iritty, Kannur, Located in a residential neighbourhood, adjacent to the institute. The Idea were to distinguish the hostel dorms from the main academic building.

The building can be described as a solid structure elevated from the land, maintain the natural terrains, and creating descending skyline with the institute.

Dormitory furniture is designed as a single sleeping, storage, and study module conserving valuable interactive space in the room.
